The Service uses OpenAI's API to generate AI responses. Messages you send through our platform are transmitted to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI does not use your data to train their models. Please review OpenAI's data usage policy for more information.

Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except as required by law. You may request data export or deletion by contacting us.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies on the dashboard. The public website may use minimal analytics for understanding traffic patterns.

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following subprocessors to provide the Service: Amazon Web Services (hosting), OpenAI (AI processing), Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (messaging), and Meta (WhatsApp/Instagram). Each subprocessor is bound by data processing agreements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
