Campaigns → Automations. When a trigger fires, the actions run by themselves.

Start

Campaigns → Automations → New automation. Name it and leave Active on when you are ready.

Good to know

Needs both
An automation needs a trigger and at least one action. Emails need a subject and a body or a template.
