Work an order: brief, versions and approval

For agencies and studios: an order goes from the client’s brief to a version they approve.
Step 1 of 5
Turn on Orders
Settings → Modules → Orders. It needs products in Settings → Products. Under Order stages choose “Simple sale” (draft, confirmed, paid, done) or “Production with reviews” (versions and rounds of changes). Orders appear when a customer chooses products in a chat and the assistant builds the order.
Good to know
Rounds of changes
Set Rounds included per order in Modules (empty means unlimited). The client sees when they are on the last round.
Notes are internal
The activity composer is an internal note: type @ to mention a teammate, who gets an email. Reply to the client from the conversation.
