Contacts → Pipeline shows deals as columns. Leads lists who to talk to next.

Name your stages

Settings → Pipeline stages. Rename, recolor, reorder with the arrows, hide stages and Save pipeline. You can reset to defaults.

Good to know

Column totals
Each column shows the sum of deal values and a weighted figure. The Forecast view summarizes the pipeline.
