Work the inbox: reply, take over, notes and saved replies

The inbox has a simple view for answering and a full view with filters and bulk actions.

Pick your view
Simple is the default. It has two tabs: Your turn (with a count) and All, plus a search box. Click Full view for filters, saved views and bulk actions; Simple view brings you back.
Good to know
Shortcuts
Press ? in the full view: J/K to move, E to resolve, S to snooze, A to assign, R to reply, Ctrl+Enter to send.
Saved views are per browser
They are stored in your browser, so your teammates do not see them.
