Connect a channel

A channel is where your assistant answers: web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, email and more.
Step 1 of 5
Open Channels
Go to Setup → Channels, or open the assistant and choose Tools & channels → Where it answers. Click Add Channel (or Add your first channel).
Good to know
Editing keeps your secrets
When you edit a channel, fields with credentials show “leave blank to keep current”.
Disable without deleting
Each channel has Disable/Enable next to Edit, so you can pause it without losing the connection.
